What It Actually Takes
to Build Machinery That Lasts

A rolling mill or wire drawing machine is only as good as the facility that built it. Precision equipment doesn’t come out of a shop that’s improvising with generic tools and outsourced components — it comes from a facility set up specifically for the tolerances this kind of manufacturing demands. Our infrastructure in Ahmedabad has been built, expanded, and refined over more than two decades with exactly that goal.

We don’t outsource the core of what we do. From raw material sourcing to final assembly and testing, the bulk of our manufacturing process happens within our own facility, which gives us direct control over quality at every stage rather than depending on third parties whose standards we can’t fully verify.

Precision Machining Capability

At the heart of our facility is our machining setup, where the rollers, gears, and frame components that go into every machine are cut and finished to the tolerances jewellery-grade equipment requires. This isn’t generic industrial machining repurposed for our products — our equipment and processes are specifically calibrated for the kind of precision that gold and silver processing demands, where even fractions of a millimeter matter.

In-House Fabrication and Assembly

Beyond machining individual components, we handle fabrication and assembly in-house as well. This matters more than it might seem, because a machine’s overall performance depends heavily on how well its components come together, not just how precisely each part was made individually. Keeping fabrication and assembly under one roof lets our team maintain consistency across the entire build process, rather than losing quality control at the point where separately-made parts get combined.

Dedicated Testing and Quality Verification

Every machine that comes off our assembly line goes through structured testing before it’s cleared for dispatch. This isn’t a quick visual check — it involves verifying calibration accuracy, checking roller performance under load, and confirming the machine meets the tolerances it was engineered for. Our testing infrastructure is built to catch issues before they ever reach a client’s production floor, which is a much better outcome than discovering a problem after installation.

Built to Support Growing Production Demand

With the increased demand for our machines over the years especially from exports, we have had to increase our infrastructure to match this demand. This has led to us increasing our capacity for machining, increasing our fabrication area, as well as having the capability to test more varieties of machines without reducing attention to any one unit.

Supporting ISO 9001:2015 Certified Processes

Our infrastructure is directly tied to our ISO 9001:2015 certification, since maintaining that certification requires documented, consistent processes at every manufacturing stage. Our facility’s layout and workflow are structured specifically to support this level of process discipline, from incoming material checks through to final dispatch.

A Facility Built for the Long Term

Our approach towards making investments into our infrastructure has always been the same approach that we would like our clients to adopt when they invest in any machinery. This kind of mindset has always governed the way we have grown as an institution with regards to the infrastructure that we have created.
